We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
