We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
